This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) is an integral part of our End User License Agreement (“EULA”) and governs the processing and transfer of personal data collected or processed by AAN Apps. (“Company”, “we”, “us” or “our”) when you access or use our mobile application or our services, all as detailed in the applicable EULA (respectively the “App” and “Service”).

AAN Apps believes that your privacy is our top priority. This policy describes the personally identifiable information and other data that we will collect from our applications, and how we might use and display such data to third parties. Your Installation, Use, and Submission of Information to us establish your consent to this Privacy Policy and the processing of your information as described in this policy. Please use the services only if you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Please Note: If you or Your Legal Guardian disagree with any term provided herein, you may not install or use the apps and are requested to promptly uninstall the app from your device.

How We Use Your Personal Information

All user data including media files (audio, video, images) and documents (including contact lists) are securely handled by Our Apps by employing encryption. Moreover, the files that the user backs up on our servers are completely private and are in no way publicly visible or accessible. As per practice in vogue, the app’s personnel may need to access file contents in rare scenarios like

• Legal obligation
• Ensuring satisfactory user experience (e.g. debugging, performance testing, search result verification, recommendations, etc.)
• Enforcing our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.
• In-app payment providers;
• Advertising partners;
• Fraud prevention and analytic tools; and
• Tracking tools.

Such file access is limited to a very small number of people. We ensure the implementation of strict policy and access controls.

Sharing of User Information

Any information collected by Our Apps is only for improving the user experience. All information collected is encrypted through industry-standard mechanisms. Our Apps employ best practices to safeguard user information from unauthorized visibility/ access. In certain cases, Our Apps may disclose user information to 3rd parties for advertising purposes. Our Apps use advertisement campaigns in a manner as not to reveal the personal information of the users while providing a tailored advertisement to suit user requirements. In case of legal action, Our Apps may be obliged to disclose user information to third parties against some malicious acts on part of the user. Our App advises its users to take necessary precautions when sharing information with unknown 3rd parties.

The APPS may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. If you chose to click through one of these other websites or online services, please note that any information you may provide will be subject to that website’s or service’s privacy policy and their terms & condition, and not to this Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third-party websites or services, with the fact that a link to such websites or services does not appear in our APPS. You agree that our application will have no liability for any matters related to the third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and handling of that information.

(“We”) reserve the right to share your information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order to:

• Conform to the requirements of the law or comply with the legal process served upon us.
• Protect or defend our legal rights or property.
• Investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or violations of the terms and conditions of using our Apps and Services.

Personal and Sensitive Information:

Permissions that may we use:

internet permission:

we use the “INTERNET And ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE” permission for internet access. Most of our apps work with the internet therefore we use this permission.

foreground_service permission:

The main purpose of using this permission is to run your app in the background, mostly used for notifications.

ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION Permission:

We may access your location in our apps to run google Maps API, with the location’s help. we ask the user to allow this permission in-app to access a precise location. If you do want not to allow location permission then you can reject it at any time.

You can remove this permission access any time you want.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions:

If you purchase an auto-renewing periodic subscription through the Service, your ANN Apps account will be billed continuously for the subscription until you terminate it as set forth below. After your initial subscription period, and again after any subsequent subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew for an additional equivalent period. If you do not wish your subscription to renew automatically, or if you want to change or terminate your subscription, you will need to log in to your AAN Apps account and follow instructions to terminate or change your subscription, even if you have deleted your account.

In the Service, you may purchase, with your country currency, a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use (a) “virtual currency,” including but not limited to virtual gems, solely for use in the Service, and (b) “virtual in-app items” (together with “virtual currency,” “Virtual Items”). You are allowed to purchase Virtual Items through the Service, and not in any other way.

ANN Apps may manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Items at any time, with or without notice. ANN Apps may update the pricing of Virtual Items at any time at its sole discretion and may add new Virtual Items for additional fees. ANN Apps shall have no liability to you or any third party if ANN Apps exercises any such rights.

You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an ANN Apps account registered to you. ANN Apps may revise the pricing for the goods and services offered through the Service at any time. All information that you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred by users of your credit card, debit card, or other payment method used in connection with a purchase or transaction or other monetary transaction interaction with the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred. You will pay any applicable taxes, if any, relating to any such purchases, transactions, or other monetary transaction interactions.

In-App Payment Information:

We use in-app payment processors; the registration and payment information are solely processed by the applicable app store provider. We do not store nor process any Personal Data when you process the payment. We receive an order number that is connected to a user ID that was generated when installing the app (non-identifiable).

Payment Processors

All financial transactions made in connection with the Service will be processed by a third party by their respective terms of use, privacy policy, and/or any applicable payment terms and conditions. We encourage you to learn about the practices of such third parties. In no event will ANN Apps be responsible for the actions or inactions of any third-party payment processor, including, but not limited to, system downtime or payment service outages.

Refund Policy

If ANN Apps suspends or terminates your use of the Service or these Terms and Conditions or you close your account voluntarily, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other Virtual Item, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

A Promotional Code must be accepted before the applicable expiration date advertised if any. Except where prohibited by law, ANN Apps reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate a Promotional Code at any time and for any reason, in which case we will not honor subsequent Promotional Code enrollments.

If you have any issues with your subscription you can contact us by below-given email. and if you want a refund then please contact us through email with a screenshot of the issue, then we will first try to resolve the issue, otherwise, we will refund you.

Duration and cancellation.

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the Promotional Period, you will automatically become a recurring subscriber and your ANN Apps subscription will continue to automatically renew for additional periods equal to the expiring subscription term unless you cancel before the end of the relevant subscription term under ANN Apps’s terms and conditions. The payment method you provided will automatically be charged for the then-current subscription price. If you cancel during the Promotional Period, you will lose access to ANN Apps and you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange of any kind, including for any unused virtual currency or other Virtual Item, any Content or data associated with your use of the Service, or for anything else.

15. Notice for Claims of Copyright Violations and Agent for Notice

If you are a copyright owner and have a good faith belief that any material available through the Service infringes upon your copyrights, you may submit a copyright infringement notification to ANN Apps under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act by providing us with the following information in writing:

• an electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed.
• a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Service, with enough detail that we may find it on the Service.
• your address, telephone number, and email address.
• a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
